Description:

The Sequre SQ-SW1 Spot Welder is a battery powered spot welder powered by either a LiPo or Lead Acid battery. The SQ-SW1 features a OLED display that can show high and low voltage warnings. Using the new spot welding technology, and intelligently switching automatic or manual working mode to meet different needs. It is a flexible and efficient welding tool.

Battery choice is critical for this unit to avoid damage to the battery and the spot welder, so please use one within the manufacturers guidelines.

Note: For batteries with a discharge coefficient less than 60C, only nickel stripe with a thickness of 0.1 can be spot welded; If the discharge coefficient is greater than 75C, it may burn the internal motherboard of the host.

IMPORTANT SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS:

1. The two electrodes and solder pins should not be touched together to avoid short circuits.
2. Pay attention to the correct wiring. Refer to the manual for the specific wiring method.
3. When using for the first time, set the welding pulse duration to 2ms and check the welding result. According to the actual welding situation, set the appropriate welding pulse duration step by step to obtain good welding.
4. If you use higher current or non-factory parts, you need to take the risk yourself.
