The HDZero Camera Switcher 2 is a lightweight accessory that allows pilots to use two HDZero MIPI cameras on a single video transmitter (VTX) and switch between them in flight. It is designed to integrate seamlessly with flight controllers running Betaflight, iNav or ArduPilot by using the standard Camera Control 1 channel. With a simple plug-and-play setup, no soldering is required in standard mode, meaning you can add forward/rear or day/night vision capability to your FPV drone or RC model without complex wiring. For advanced builds, it also supports manual GPIO control and daisy-chaining for expanded multi-camera configurations.
