Overview:
The RunCam Helmet Camera 2 is a compact, hands-free camera designed for recording first-person footage while flying FPV, riding or taking part in other outdoor activities. It records Full HD video at up to 1080p@60fps, with a wide-angle lens and a 2MP CMOS sensor featuring an F1.6 aperture for capturing footage in varied lighting conditions.

Its adjustable lens module can rotate through 180°, making it easier to frame the view without repositioning the camera body. Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity allow the camera to connect to the RunCam app for live preview, recording control and playback on a compatible smartphone. Normal, loop and pre-recording modes provide added flexibility for different recording situations.

Powered by a replaceable 3500mAh 18650 battery, the Helmet Camera 2 offers up to approximately eight hours of recording at 1080p @60fps. Its dust-resistant and water-resistant construction makes it suitable for outdoor use, while the included mounting system allows it to be fitted to compatible helmets and equipment.

A Bluetooth remote is included, which lets you control your camera wirelessly without having to reach up to your helmet to start/stop recording. It can also be paired to the camera via the RunCam app.
