We are now shipping to most European countries - these shipments are sent via International post, DHL Express or Via DPD. The delivery estimate is 3-15 days via International Post, 1-10 working days via DHL Express or 5-20 working days via DPD.
Change of Mind Returns
We will accept change of mind returns for items purchased online subject to the following conditions: - Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt with the packing slip and/or invoice in as new, unopened, unused condition.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unopened and unused.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you (by us crediting your original payment method) once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.
- We may need to make deductions if the value of the goods has diminished as a result of the handling.
Faulty Items Returns
If an item develops a fault within the first 6 months then we will require further information (pictures, description of the fault etc) to prove that the fault wasn't caused by bad installation. Presuming no faults are found, we will them liaise with the manufacturer to get a replacement or repair.
If an item develops a fault after 6 months then we will need to establish if the fault was present at the point of delivery or developed at some stage afterwards. Further information will be requested (pictures, description of the fault etc). We will liaise with the manufacturer to try and reach a mutually agreeable resolution.
Soldered/Modified Items: As the process of soldering/applying heat to a PCB is heavily reliant on the skill of the installer warranty is not guaranteed when soldering has taken place. We will however upon receiving further information (pictures, description of the fault etc) liaise with the manufacturer to try and reach a mutually agreeable resolution.
Battery Warranty: Please note that as batteries are "consumables" we only provide dead on arrival warranty. The maximum capacity of all rechargeable batteries fades with time depending on application and usage patterns. This is considered normal - therefore, a change in battery capacity is not covered under warranty. Battery life is not warranted and will vary depending on usage.
If the item is wrongly described or different from a sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Replacements: If the return postage cost is disproportionate to the value of the item, a refund will be offered.
International customers will be responsible for all return postage costs.
