Overview:
The TBS Lucid H7 FC is a high-performance flight controller designed for advanced FPV freestyle, racing and long-range drone builds that require extensive peripheral support and modern processing power. Built around the STM32H743 processor running at 480MHz, the Lucid H7 delivers fast loop times, strong computational performance and broad firmware compatibility while maintaining a compact 30.5x30.5mm mounting footprint suited to modern FPV frames. Developed by Team BlackSheep for experienced builders and enthusiasts, the platform is engineered to support demanding configurations including HD video systems, GPS navigation, CAN peripherals and advanced telemetry setups.
At the centre of the board is a dual ICM42688 gyro configuration combined with an Infineon DPS310 barometer, providing stable sensor performance and improved flight data accuracy. Seven UARTs, dual I2C buses, CAN support, and multiple ADC inputs allow integration with a wide range of accessories, including GPS modules, airspeed sensors, HD video systems and advanced telemetry hardware. The integrated MicroSD blackbox slot also enables detailed flight logging for tuning and diagnostics without external storage hardware.
The Lucid H7 is designed to support both analogue and digital FPV systems. Dual switchable analogue camera inputs are built directly into the board, while DJI FPV OSD compatibility is supported through spare UART ports for modern HD systems, including DJI O3 and O4-based installations. Additional features such as filtered power outputs, signal inversion-ready UARTs, and USB-C connectivity further simplify integration into complex builds.
